We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, UPI, and bank transfers.

We deliver across Kerala through trusted courier partners.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location (typically 3–7 working days).
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are only accepted for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
Custom-made, personalized, or blessed items are non-returnable.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the item has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
