We currently deliver across Kerala and select locations in India through trusted courier and postal partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

Delivery within Kerala typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
Deliveries to other parts of India may take 7–10 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered for select orders or promotional periods, as mentioned on our website.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use this information to monitor your shipment status until it reaches you.
All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Fragile or religious items receive extra protection to ensure safe delivery.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Catholic Art Centre is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@catholicartcentre.com with clear photos of the package and items. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
