We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
Please Note:
– Customized, personalized, or blessed religious items are non-returnable.
– Items damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or after 7 days of delivery cannot be returned.
1. Email us at info@catholicartcentre.com or WhatsApp us at +91 484 235 286 within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Our support team will verify your request and share the return address.
3. Ship the product securely using a reliable courier service.
4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm acceptance of the return.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, or bank transfer).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If you received a defective or wrong product, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing info@catholicartcentre.com with photos or videos as proof.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Please ensure the return package is securely packed to prevent transit damage.

– Blessed or consecrated items
– Clearance or discounted sale items
– Perishable or fragile religious materials (such as candles, oils, etc.)
